a lot of the fights i see are pretty ****ing lame....not exactly throwing heavy....or with any kind of direction or skill.....just a couple of guys puttin on a show......i wouldnt be too worried....

the age of the "goon" i tihnk is behind us. fighting specialist need to be able to score goals or at least be productive on the ice. as for the year of the concussion (that's what i'm calling it) the palyers are bigger stronger faster....it's a contact sport it's going to happen.... they can't take hitting out of the game...it would be like watching flag football...no entertainment.
