Default Spicy Rice
1cup Brown rice
2cup chicken broth
1 jalapeno
1/2cup red pepper
1/4 cup onion
1/4 tsp garlic
1tsp evoo
1tsp soya sauce
1tbsp lime juice

Pre cook your rice in chicken broth. 1 cup rice to 2 cups chicken broth, bring broth and rice to a boil over medium heat, then cover and reduce heat for another 30 min. After the 30 minutes uncover and let sit for 10.

Cut up your onion, garlic, jalapeno, red pepper, and place into your pan with 1tbsp (whatever oil you choose). Once those are done to your preference add in 1tbsp lime juice, 1tsp soya sauce, 1 cup rice and hot chili sauce to taste.

And serve, takes about 5 minutes if you have your rice precooked in the fridge.
