Recommended Use:
For a rich , creamy shake, mix 2-4 scoops with 6 to 12oz cold water and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds.
Use 2 to 3 servings daily.
Findings :
I was taking in 2 scoops daily. This product does not mix very well with just a spoon or shaker , if you want a nice smooth shake I would say to blend it.
The taste was good , tasted like all the other chocolate protein shakes , so there was no problem drinking it.
One good thing was even when mixed with WATER it still tasted like it was mixed with milk , very creamy , so that was a bonus !
Personally I think this is a very good MP if your on a low carb kick . It has very low carbs 4.5g per serving , but you get in the EFA's , fiber and high protein.
I would take it again and I think $50 for 2.6lbs is a decent price .

I'm currently on the Solution Diet recomended by this company and let me tell you for a tastey quick meal equal to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per 2 scoops, this is a delight.
Would recommend this product to anyone who is dieting or just simply wants to look good.
