I purchased a 5lb bucket of this complex protein iso. I tried the vanilla flavour and with water and milk the taste was not very good. As for mix ability it was perfect in both substances. No clumps, no chalkiness. As far as the ingredients and protein sources that part of the product is very good as it contains 7 forms of protein to hit the body from different angles and bio absorbtion levels.

I have bene using this for about 3 months, love it, it does not taste all that great, but i don't drink it for kicks, simply 1 1/2 scoops before the gym, i don't know all the technicals but its packed with a lot of vitamins and just makes you feel so good.
