Just tried this stuff yesterday pre and post workout. The glycerol did actually pull the water from my subcontanious area between my muscle and skin to give me that vacuum sealed look and crazy pumps. The pump lasted all day after my 10am workout. After just one workout I was pretty freakin impressed!
