I picked a tub of this up after reading the reviews here and I agree with the rest. Already in love with the chocolate. Excellent quality protein and the taste is great. I'll be trying more Allmax products soon.

30grams per a scoop is the one thing thought caught my eye first on this product. The taste is average, a little watery, no thickness. The flavors get a little tired after a few days of use. I thought the cookies and cream was not good at all, the chocolate was ok. The price is usually decent on the product. I'd still recommend it for the content, but if your just mixing in a shaker cup with water, I wouldn't go buy a 5lbs tub of this stuff, gets tiring very easily.

This is a good product. Mixes easy in a shaker cup, I tried the Chocolate Milk flavor, it is not a strong flavor, just a mild chocolate flavor, which is ok to me, as I do not like anything too strong. No bloat at all with this. Overall not a far superior then other quality isolate products out there, but it is up there in quality.
The downfalls are the cost, and servings per a container.

I like this stuff, one of the main reasons is, it contains 20grams of protein in it, if your doing a long workout, it's perfect. For taste, I have tried all the flavors but I prefer watermelon. As for the pump factor, it's probably similar to a lot of the other pre-workout products, energy is good with the product, my own experience is that it doesn't give me that jittery strange feeling.

Horrible taste...its like drinking crushed chalk sticks that were taken off the teachers black board. I guess if you are really in need for a protein fix, they are convenient to grab and go, that's the only reason why they get a rating of 2.

7 pills in each packet and you get a 30 Day supply for around $20.00. If you are on a budget and still want a good daily multi vitamin, this is the one. I checked all the other multi vitamins and this is comparable to all the big names.
