Really liked this product and took it many times. It is not intended to put on pounds but it definitly worked at getting you pumped and strong for your workout. Worth the money and non hormonal. More along the lines of a natural amino and vit complex for gaining.

Despite no other changes in anything..diet, workouts, supplements this supplement was by far the worst and most ineffective. I would strongly strongly discourage anyone use this. Anxiety, aggression, stomach discomfort, lethargy.

Probably one of the best preworkout drinks I have tried. Really helps with blood flow which can be a bonus for men! No need for Viagra when taking this stuff.

I find it works great but like any PreWo drink you have to switch it up. Best thing is no more SuperDump.

I found these to be a little too sweet for me. Also I had trouble swallowing them down without some water. Not something I would purchase in the future.
