I picked the plain/non flavor, no sweetner, and added the enyzme for digestion. Comparing it to an isolate rice protein I have been taking for 3 years. This concentrate was a close match in taste and mixes just the same, which isn't as easy as an isowhey, but all veggie protein is like that. It also has higher amino acid content, but a lower protein content per serving. The reason for only a 9 was that it wasn't an isolate.

Good taste on all flavors. When using it in offseason it is great for intra workout and keeps ya pumped with some high gly. carbs and bcaas and creatine. Lots of good ingredients for the price and a good mix. Overall one of the best intra post workout products.

Amazing pump but did not live up to the expectations. It will not keep you pumped for 3 days. Ever. It gives you disgusting aftertaste and burps. Makes a bad taste in your mouth and the caps themselves have a bitter awful taste. All i noticed was mediocore vascularity. No endurance, no muscle gains.

Used probobly 20+ tubs in my lifetime. You need 3 scoops to feel full effect. At 3 scoops its expensive. But it pumps you up good and vasculity is insane. Pump lasts for a long time and swells you up. Only problem is it makes you shit like crazy every time you use it. If you can handle that then you will like the product. But anyone i talked to got violent shits from the stuff they sed they fixed the problem in the new stuff but havent tried to see yet. All flavors are so so. Not good tasting but not awful.

Great for dieting and precontest isolate. Its got the best quality protein sources and tastes amazing with milk. Like a real milkshake with the choclate or vanilla. Good stuff and not a bloated feeling after.
