Nice work bro! What are you doing for your back day? Looks thick and dense
Hey Kawikaratekid, you what's funny, is that back is my weakest part... Been working on it a lot this offseason, so hopefully It's better now. Just with posing can make it look ok :)
Day 1 back:
bend over BB row 2 warm up sets 15 reps, 3 working sets 8 reps
seated cable row narrow neutral grip 10,9,8,8
seated hammer row reverse grip 10x4
Seated wide neutral grip row to the chest 12x4
then biceps 2 exercises
day 2 back:
wide grip pull ups 10, then add weight 10,9,8
neutral grip pull ups with weight 10,10,9,8
reverse grip cable pull downs 10x4
bend over DB raises 5-10
then 2 exercises for biceps
Sometimes I throw one more exercise for rear delts on those days
Look amazing keep up the good work.
Thanks St !
was doing hamstrings week ago. Set my PR in stiffedlegs deadlifts. 495x7

Very impressive build dude. Balanced and thick. It's evident you have done some heavy lifting. Love the video but that little bit of roll in your lower back makes me cringe :shock
Hey Househead, thanks! Well that shit was heavy! Lol I know form was not perfect but good enough. I did not feel much lower back. I finished of with 405x20 that felt great!
by the way I hate heavy weights, I never go lower then 6 reps on compound movements and less then 8 on others. So let's say I ve done some moderate weight lifting lol
Thanks a lot! I ve been working on my stiffed leg deadlifts for a year. Started at 405x10 :) hope my hamstrings grew from it!
I have not done regular deadlifts in 8 years... Gonna try sumo style may be this week...

7 weeks out. 236lb
Slept only 5 hr today, so working weights went down by like 10%...
not sure if I will go heavy on hams tomorrow or do lots or reps...
did my first zero carb day yesterday, but added a bit more fats. Felt fine. weight down by 1 lb. we ll see in next 2 days if it was just water and glycogen....
gonna cut some carbs on Wednesday.
starting ECA today and cutting 150 gr of rice. Time to get serious! Still have around 400 gr of carbs....
All weight that I dropped after zero carb day came back... We ll see if with new adjustments it will go down...
Weight is up even more... Carbs down, weight up... Weird...
have a few ideas why it could happen:
changing gear and dosages
had good leg workout (that happens with me, weight goes up like 2 lb if I train legs really well, must be super compensation of glycogen and extra water...)
changed protocol for gh and slin..
will do weekly pics tomorrow and we ll see what's going on...
I think I figured out why I was heavier then I though I should be.
Got new spices that added 1500 mg of sodium to my diet...
here is pics to update
Show is over. I got second in heavy weights. Weighted in 217...
Really liked how that prep went for me.
Definitely learned some tricks how my body works and reacts.
Here is pics.
