my progress!
hi everyone, just a fellow amateur lifter here wanting to share my progress!
after 5 years of heavy drug use it left my body rather weak.
finally after starting hrt and getting everything where it is suppose to be i got the go ahead from my doctor to train!!! i was really happy!!
starting weight was 226.5 lbs im 6,0 tall.
4 months later training from home with a simple curl bar with 20 lbs on it i got down to 213.5!!
im really happy my endurance is coming back i am getting more defined and stronger!!
i got the bug again!! nothing like the feel of the pump!! awesome feeling!!
i will post some pics when i get down to 200 lbs! at that point i should be pretty lean! well for me anyways! im a amateur lifter keep in mind lol
just happy to be feeling good and getting some confidence back!!
So hi everyone and i really like this site.
goals are to work out another 2-3 months at home, then hitting the gym again!!

getting some more weights for home today!! really happy. My GF is actually started training again. Im really happy about that has well. She is beautiful either way but i did notice her mood change a little bit since she stopped training.
She says i cannot go past 230lbs since i will look too muscular!! lol
Off to canadian tire i go and stopping at gnc for some more kaizen natural protein!!

If you are anywhere near a Costco, they have the Kaizen isolate and kaizen natural isolate for a pretty good price. 48.99 and 44.99 (nat) I believe.

the closest one is 300 km away but at gnc with the gold card i paid close to that price.
i really like that protein, no bad gas from it mixes well.

Good for you to straighten your life out..It happens to many..The key is you are on a good road now, and keep up the great work. You should join a gym and train in public, it is very inspiring to watch others working along side of you..

i will eventually ironwill, i needed to feel better about myself first. Also to get my endurance up!!
the plan is another 3-4 months at home then hitting the gym to give it all i have like before. Nothing like getting that last rep in there and giving it all you have. i had some awesome gains that way before.
Thanks yyz im happy also but alot of people seemed not happy that im doing good and eating right i always get little comments here and there. i take it has im doiing good lol

today i ended up doing a light workout! did 3 sets of push ups nice and slow 1/2 from the floor 15 reps each set. With some squats with 15lbs in each hand.
finished it with a set of seated triceps extension and one set of standing bicep curl with 20lbs on the curl bar nice and slow 15 reps!! feeling good!!

209 today!! very happy i seem to be loosing about 1 lbs every 2 weeks on average. I must of gained some muscle mass for sure!! Feeling good has today is shot day!
will work out in the afternoon!

bought some push up bars today!! way harder then regular push ups in my opinion. i went down to 3 sets for 12 reps each! but way less pressure on ym wrist. worth the 24$ in my opinion. Like usual this is ryback sunday lol Day after the shot always feel best.

worked out today pushed myself pretty hard. my abs need a rest so i did not do any sit ups.
good workout really happy!
