I love around the corner from Phats and we train at the same gym so I've seen the progress on an almost daily basis. Phats may not be the most genetically gifted guy out there but I have never seen conditioning on the level he is currently at. At an level he'd be the best conditioned guy in the show. Munzereske striations. Legs are ****ing ridiculous. I wish I could see the show but work, ZZTop and the wife's birthday this weekend. Best of luck Phats , enjoy the after show gluttonery.

Phats turned out really well and should be very proud that he worked his ass off and followed our plan to the letter!!! Definitely was exciting to watch him transform over the 12 weeks and was hard as nails!!! Congrats!!
On a side note if anyone is looking for contest prep and want someone that will put in the time and detail that is needed then drop me a line! Phats will attest that it will not be a cookie cutter diet and will be tailored to you and your response to the diet!!
Definitely!! Diet would change sometimes in 2 days depending on my feedback. Hunger and scale. I'm very happy and impressed.

haha :-). It's true though, only thing i was proud of. I had random people come up to me complimenting my striated glutes. I am up 35 lbs since friday night with striated glutes and still can't get it through my head i was close to last place. I'll bring size and conditioning next time i step on and demolish my current physique.Quote:
