also train legs regularly.... I just don't shave them so you can't see anything lol first thing in the morning I have 23" thighs and 16"calves
not sure about bf% I've been checked 3 times and been 8.8% a while back, 8.3% couple months ago and just a few weeks ago 7.3%..... but from reading what I read on here I would say all of those are wrong (abs are just barely there) anyone have a good ball park??

ya seems like my shoulders are doin most of the growing, arms have grown 3/4" thighs have done well too added 2" but I had a bad case of chicken legs before and now they're almost normal looken.. lol. chest isnt' doing a thing with is rather terrible

I'd guess 12-13 percent. Were you really heavy at one point?

Don't get all concerned about BF%...damn this is such a gimmick.....back in the day when I first started training and competing no one had ever heard of BF testing, and to be honest with you it's all how you look not some number. So if you can see your abs then you're in ok shape, and if your glutes are striated then you're in contest shape. I remember coming back after winning the nationals a number of years back and 2 days later I did a BF test using a bio testing device...it had me at 24% and my glutes were ripped...I was just holding water and that wasn't the first time I had run into that kind of BS reading when in contest shape. So what I'm saying here is go with what's staring back at you in the mirror or in pics.

no not big ever this is the biggest I've been, I was really tinny before, last summer I was 161lbs right now I fluctuate between 192-195lbs usually weigh myself at the gym it's in the evening. I get what you mean skailes i'm not really worried about it as right now I'm trying to put on more size, i'm only interested in it because prea talks about carbs before and after 10% and I want to get the most out of my diet

just over 2 yrs now
so i'm a little over the 2yr mark just posting an update bf% got a little higher these last 6months, haha started eating anything and everything I am 90% primal/paleo so It's all real food but buying a grass fed pig has put 22 lbs of bacon in my freezer.....

Now you are approx 15-16% but as Skailles says doesnt really matter...drop the fat and get lean and see where you really are.
