Canadian pharmacy testosterone injectable shortage! Switching to androgel

Im on trt 100mg/week plus hcg dr prescribed and just found out yesterday that test cyp and enanthate are back oredered and not available in pretty much any pharmacy. I got the pharmacy to contact my dr. and change the prescription to androgel so got a script for 30 packets. Hopefully the test inj is back on the shelves soon as I have been reading the androgel is not as strong, or not absorbed as well. Has anyone taken androgel and how did/do you find it and where did you apply it for best results??

I am in the same situation. The gel is fine for TRT. The alcohol fumes my have adverse affects on you though. I always applied to my arms.

I heard the test should be back on the shelves March 7. So did you also switch to the gel and how much do you use? I heard on a couple forums that applying to the scotum gives the best absortion along with higher conversion to dht.

It is good to hear that it will be back soon. The other forum suggestions seem like when someone joked about IT (intertesticular) injections as the most powerful. Unless you have a nut sack the size of a dinner plate you will be rubbing a long time. Apply as recommended by your doc.

ya i have also fallen victim to this shortage. nobody has it anywhere and I am pretty much out. makes me wish i had some UG stuff lying around to get me through. pretty brutal though.

Wow that sucks, I have about 8 weeks supply left, hopefully it's fixed by the time I need to repurchase.

Hey Andre, ask your Dr. for Testim, it is better absorbed than Androgel and does not smell like Vodka. Ladies actually prefer the smell of Testim.

I'm pretty sure there is some Human Test left on the black market.

Did you guys try the compounding pharmacies? #8 did you try Canadian Apothecary on Adelaide?

Did I not mention its from the Black Market? Not sure what price your were looking to pay & plus were talking about Human Grade as well here...it will always be more expensive...

I was at the pharmacy today and cyp (Depo-test) is back in stock. The pharmacist ordered 6 bottles in for me as the Delatestryl is still nowhere in sight.

If your rubbing androgel all over your ballsack... hows does that affect your sexlife, if you do it with your girl on the regular does her voice start to deepen or what lol.

On Feb 22, CanadaPharma.org listed Feb 29, 2012* as the availability date for Pfizer’s Depo-Testosterone. However, by Friday the notice had been removed from the website (along with a notice about Sandoz Testosterone.) I contacted them to find out what this meant but received no response....

So much for what the med community and gov care about this issue.

Found some test-depot at a pharmacy today. They only had two vials and I cleaned them out
