doing exactly as it should...good gains in beginning, then steady gains with progressive strength over time...no injuries and good acclimation to the new growth, with enough rest in between...then as we know, with strength gains come enhanced muscle building...get the cns and body stronger, then boom, in comes bigger fuller muscles....then you can eat more food, and repeat all said prior.....not huge gains real quick, but very nice gains and they continue, no fast plateau...in my experience...
