Heard there are 87 competitors in the event.
heard that a 5'0 tall 130 pound shredded glutes guy would take lightweight. michael martin might be the name...

Congrats on your placing Shredded Tris. So how does this show work. From here you do a provincial event or does this qualify you for a spot at the nationals?

I'm not sure how long the CBBF rules state you stay qualified for after making top three. Not sure If I can only compete in 2011 at nats or longer...if anyone else knows I would love to hear it
