Your right side looks much bigger than the right.. is it just the picture? do you do some unilateral back work sometimes?
-
T'as vraiment de bon pecs, mais faut vraiment rajouter de la viande sur le reste du corps! Prends de la creatine avec de la whey, ca marche en maudit! Belle shape, mais manque de grosseur
-
Definitively need to add some meat... 130lbs is what my gf weight...
-
MEMO lol funny but not nice. LOL. Good start brotha just getting it going now. Looks like all the base for muscle is there now just slowly and consistently add mass.
-

is it your first cycle? I did deca and had terrible acne, i am not sure everybody react the same way, but make sure you have proper soap bar to deal with the issue if it arise.
Make sure you have cabaser and aromasin to deal with hormonal sides aswell.

at 18?
here we go.
Maybe you should try just eating for a couple years first? Your problem isn't lack of gear. You problem is lack of calories down your pie hole.
Eat.
MEMO: that is SHIT advice.
-
I wouldn't jump into gear just yet. At 138, you should be able to gain by just eating more and eating "well".
Otherwise, it looks good. Good luck.

I did not know his age, and all i said is to be prepared for acnee, and have proper anxiliaries, cabaser and aromasin..
So seriously im not sure what i did wrong there.
The thing with telling kids not to do aas is that they wont listen and do it anyway.

Well his age is clearly stated in the thread title.
As for whether he will do it or not is not the point. The point is we should neither recommend or encourage AAS to KIDS regardless of whether said idiots will go ahead or not.
This kid is more malnourished than Ethopians. If he can't accomplish 150lbs without gear I doubt he will with gear esp. when he comes off.
-
You are right. But in his head, he thinks he is ready, or big enough..
-
I love Nate.
Also to the OP, nice nips.
-
Agree with Nate 1000%.Lil.Nadon,forget the gear. You need to learn how to squat for starters to put some weight on,and eat. You're not working your lower body.Welcome to the site.
-
For 18 years old, you have a very good base to build on. As for AAS, listen to Nate.

When did being a bodybuilder only mean being big? That is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. If you're happy at the weight you're at (whatever it might be now in 2012), then stick with it. Have people forgotten that bodybuilders not only come in all shapes and sizes, but weight classes as well?
