Took one cap first thing this am on an empty stomach (6am) with lots of water. Took the dog for a walk and wow I could feel it kick in right away.
Increase in body temp, not an awkward feeling at all, you know those feelings you get from stimulants, it was more of a clear crisp feeling, kind of hard to explain. I felt so awake and energized.
One thing about taking it on an empty stomach, you get the taste coming up after a burp. After I had my first meal it subsided.
Few hours later, still have a good feeling.
Will start tracking diet/training as well.

-DIET-
Meal 1 - 1 1/2 scp true protein, 2 tbs yogurt, 1/2 cup of 1% milk, 1/2 banana (blended) YUMMY
Meal 2 - 1 1/2 scp true protein/water, 1 tbs peanut butter
Meal 3 - chicken, 1/4 c of almonds
Meal 4 - 1 1/2 scp true protein/water, almonds
Meal 5 - steak and 2 perogies
-TRAINING-
Chest/30 mins of cardio
Starting wieght 164 - 5'7.5

Felt great all day yesterday no crash lots of energy.
1 pill first thing am. Again same feeling, GOOD!
My diet will continue the same, still keeping some carbs but will be limiting them as time goes on.

1 Ripped Freak in the am on an empty stomach. Great energy throughout the day. One thing about these pills.....I have to remember to eat. Certainly is an appetite suppressant.
I figured I would try two pills in a day. Took another around 3:30pm and had a great workout. Definately lots of energy and strength was good. I will continue with one pill for the rest of the week, I just wanted to see how my body would respond.
Had a great sleep, a bit of wacky dreaming but don't know if I chalk it up to the pills or just a crazy night in lala land ;) I was wide awake at 5am.
DIET-

Well gym was closed Sunday and Monday.....Alberta holiday - long week-end.....who would of thought they would close the doors.
Cardio both days.
Still feeling good with these, energy is good and no complaints. No interuptions in sleep at all.

We were going to hit golds yesterday but 20 each to drop in.
Isn’t that just retarded ? You should be able to train for a few weeks at that price.
I went to the one at West Ed and just dreaded that payment. However it was convenient because my wife was able to do some shopping with the kids :)

the golds girly gym here in the US is 20 bucks a pop too :(
werid, i know you can go once at the northtown one for free. Just say your checking it out lol. I dont pay much more PER month for my golds membership total. I love the northtown one, mind ya the gym i was at before was a spa lady lol not my type. I can not do all the "girly girls"
This sounds like something I might have to try later on. Will be reading to see how they are working out for ya
its all about how you go in to it. All golds do a free day if you play your cards right. You go there, say you just moved to the area, looking to join in 2 months when you move in to town (that way they dont push for signing you up on that day). If you ask for the tour before they offer it , it will look more legit. Unfortunately, you have to follow some pencil neck around while he shows you the ButtBlaster2011 machine they just got in. After that, you sign a waiver and are in. :) next time.
ps. CChic , just started my log today...felt really nausious taking the ripped freak on an empty stomach for a.m. cardio. lots of energy though
yeah whats up with that! Every time I go to etown or Cowtown I just drop in without any payment nor hassles.....I know my hometown gym is $70 per mth which is a fkn joke with 0 lube for the assrape!!! Gotta do what we gotta do though eh! :(
I haven't had this side effect at all. Body temp increase, Energy increase, appetite suppressent, I have had positive experiances so far.
I believe I am ready to start with the second pill mid afternoon though. I am starting to feel that mid afternoon crash a bit..... not sure if it's the crash or just work related.
It has been a week since I have started.
Starting weight was 164.....Weight this morning was ......162lbs :D
IW and I have talked about my eating habits :o, I know I need more whole foods and I could live on shakes and good fats (almonds, peanutbutter during the day) exspecially my coffee breaks, they are quick, easy and when I don't have the time I tend to consume shakes. I always have lunch and supper of course.
This is why I like the KETO diet, it's easy and not much prep work. We have a plan :) which I will add in later. At this point I will continue with carb rotation and then switch to KETO as I progress with cutting.

Ive been doing proteins/fats... Get some cottage cheese in with whey in it and add a little sugar free strawberry syrup. 1tsp won't hurt plus it tastes great. its easy to gobble up. I lost 3 pounds in a week and basically really just counting Mon-thurs this week. I weighed myself last thursday and ate horrible throughout the weekend so I didn't cut back my carbs till Monday. I have been super BITCH all week. Very cranky, irritable and down, but I love getting lean part so all those who have to suffer oh well. Although I don't attribute it entirely to lack of carbs my crankiness :cflag lol.
Today is carb UP LOAD motha day haha. I have to train strongman events tomorrow so no way in hell will I ever get through it without le carbos!
Gonna have ricecakes, oats, some pasta and some fruit... :) Carbs = :handsome
PS I am not dieting down to compete just fit in my 2 piece, so I do shakes too CC. I know its not food but if I eat chicken anymore than I do now I will really go effen POSTAL - I would much rather have eggs all day and making turkey burgers takes too much time. I have been crashing at night so very tired as well. This ripped freak stuff may do me some justice, although may get my more cranky lol
One thing I don't get is the bitchiness from dieting, IW might come in here and correct me lol. ;)
Great leg workout yesterday. Energy and focus is still good. Switching to two pills a day.

Started with two a day this week, first pill is at 5:15am then second at 3:30ish, training by 5. Having no issues. Energy is high, no stomach issues, and workouts have been great.
Killed shoulders last night! Workouts have been one body part a day, I have been enjoying this, focusing hard on that muscle group.
Haven't been hitting the cardio like I would like, but my workout's are intense. Need to get in my cardio after workouts, it isn't as consistent as I would like. Definately getting leaner.
Post workout.....protien, BCAA's, glutamine, and have introduced creatine for the first time.
Diet has been good!

Taking two of these a day and having no issues. Sleeping well which I really like, fatburners sometimes have the tendancy to mess with your sleep.
