un****ing real. I cannot believe that crap. I can somewhat see last weeks placing as it became Fouad's balance + conditioning against DJ's size but this week for 4th? I just don't see it.

alot more sets, sore joints from hardcore training.. he always trained heavy but i dont think he ever did this much volume.. he always ate high protein, mod carbs, low fat.. but i think Hany has him eating a ton more and all clean.. even in the off season its only 1 cheat meal a week..Quote:
