clear the house, then place the remainder at a couple of % interest with capital guaranteed. Keep working then retire in a decade or so
Id go buy a sweet townhouse with double garage near downtown. Buy a porsche cayenne turbo for winter and a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder for summer. Invest the rest into condos. Then live large baby!
I bet there would be a big bag of BC primo in there as well ;)
