One thing funny about pre-workout is that they usually contain stimulant like caffeine that are vaso-constrictors because adrenaline stimulation, but they are full of vaso-dilatators like citruline malate, agmantine, arginine, etc.. so you try close everything and open everything at the same time.
I would suggest to go one direction or the other.
Cp recommend caffeine for strength oriented training and the vaso-dilatators products for hypertrophy oriented training.
