I'll be at the Southerns as well. I start my prep on the 5th of Feb. You in as a heavy IW?

I would be superheavy if they had it, but yeah heavy........:help hope to be around 225-230 on stage....

I would do Northens , but I'm not as big as you :D

Not quite sure where I am going to be at. Either a LH or I may even squeeze into the heavies. Have to see how the prep goes.
