Good job DreamWeaver. You're doing well for anyone (not just compared to 50 year olds). Your only mistake i can see is needing another month of dieting to really come in a peeled condition. The next one will always be better if you take what you learned from the last prep and apply it diligently. Keep up the good work.

It's not that old for these days, as you age your ability to handle pain increases so you just get more stubborn.

A couple weeks would have been great, due to the fact that I did not have any support in place, I really lost track of where I was. This year I plan on staying leaner year round giving myself more time. I will not make that mistake again.
