Currently 170lbs. 5'8
15%-20% Body fat- Guessing (never had an accurate measurement)
25 years old, in the gym for nearly 2 years solid.
Diet is about 80% clean, better than most but could use a little tweaking not gonna lie.
Thinking of doing a Var cycle as I am not looking to get huge, just a little more solid while bringing that body fat percentage down.
I started quite light 2 years ago (140lbs) and have been basically bulking over the past 2 years. Now I have that bulky, skinny/fat look going on which is quite disappointing to see in the mirror after 2 years of work. Yes I am bigger which was the overall goal, now I want to get that structured defined look as I am happy with the overall size.
I am a hardgainer that struggled to get this much weight and has made my wallet quite light with all the food and supplements while still being quite unhappy with my body.

Greens (supplement with protein, might as well have extra veggies too)
Optimum pro complex protein.
Now I was thinking of adding in Trib or something similar to keep the little guy happy while on cycle. Any thoughts on this?
I have been reading different opinions on the PCT. nolva or clomid, some say nothing, some just say use OTC stuff. Can I please get some PTC advice?
Any opinions or help is appreciated. Please don't tell me to take something else or to start taking test like everyone does. I did my research and for my goals it sounds like anavar is my best choice. Just looking for some advice on the cycle itself and the PCT..etc. As well the side effects and ways to prepare myself to avoid them as much as possible (things like tribulus..etc).
