I have been on for almost two years since 2008. Do I have to increase my dosages as time passes? (I have been keeping the amount of drugs I take pretty modarate/similar each week) Any feedback is appreciated.

Maybe its time to take a little break from the sauce!
Have you been taking any HCG?
2 yrs??? can he even get his natural test back working?? what kind of PCT do you run for A 2 year cycle?? thats a long time.. or are you on HRT?
So what the longest any one has been on?
Permanently, it's called hormone replacement therapy.
If you aren't over 40 it's called retarded or IFBB pro.
I don't really understand why one would choose to stay on aas for an extended period of time but that's me. I don't think you will find many here who will recommend or even consider cycles that extend much beyond 16 weeks at a time.
The biggest problem with morons that do extended cycles is that they are generally not under the care of a physician and getting full blood work ups every 3 months to ensure that they aren't actually killing themselves. Almost without exception meatheads who choose to take on extended cycles are without medical guidance and this means that when or if long term hypertension, arteriosclerosis, or genetic predispositions for things like cancer show up, it is a great big ****ing surprise.
So strokes, heart failures, liver and kidney failures and odd tumors are all possible in an unmonitored idiot that abuses anabolic steroids for long periods of time that would not have otherwise occurred.
If you would like to get some detail on real people with these kind of problems you probably want to wander over to professionalmuscle and they will flame you and maybe introduce you to a few dead friends of theirs.
I believe Big Luke Wood is the latest to have serious kidney failure as the result of hypertension but there is usually one or two a year.
i think some people get hooked on roids to the point they cant quit, i have a friend who has been on for a year he comes off and doesnt do pct, he crashes and immediately goes back on its messed up but he wont listen to me when i tell him to get some nolva he just says "i know i know i should" then he comes off crashes gains shit loads of weight and right away back on
Wouldint coming off a cycle, even with a great PCT, still make you lose muscle mass and strength? To me, that seems counter productive.
