you gotta create a deficit in order to get the fat off
you gotta burn more than you are taking in
and it's just as simple as that

cuz if you are focusing on what you don't want
the universe is gonna give you more of that
so if you want the fat off your legs and your butt

THATZ WHY I WAS UP AT 4am…
typing this now,
eggwhite pancakes are currently cooking,
then my runners will get put on,
then my 45 mins am cardio on an empty stomach will be done,
cuz I’m 14 wks and 4 days till CANADIAN NATIONALS 2012
and determined that I’m gonna be HUGE & RIPPED once I hit that stage
