sup fellas took a break from the diet for 3 days back on today for another 2 week stretch to kickstart more fat loss

Bent over rows (underhand): 125x15 175x7 225x8 last couple reps had some body english, 6 were very strict at nearly 90degrees
overhead tricep extension: using single dumbell 80x15 90x10 95x 8 could have done more but no spotter today
tricep pushdown: triceps were very sore starting this exercise 50x10 50x10 60x7
back extention: bodyweight til exhaustion x 3
