i came in after work, training etc exhasted slept from 5 - 7pm
then up cardio, tried to go back to bed but noooooooooo
so here i am, **** i may as well do some more cardio
cuz i know i ain't goin to sleep anytime soon
and frig a diggy i gotta huge workday tomorrow and i need to sleep
grrrrrrrrrrr....... ok more cardio myself into exhaustion lol
so did more cardio
cooked for tomorrow
and now startin to get tired yah !
so i'm posting this now so i hopefully can....
but the real question is will I ?

friggin barely slept last night
but i'm almost packed !!!
which is a huge stress off
GX just took Storm crab fishing
me i just got in from the gym 2 hrs training, 1 client
before that 1 1/2 hrs cardio
was up at 4am even though was awake till 1amish
now i'm paying
doin my post then laying down for a nap
then more cardio
missing my red meat and rice on sat and sunday waaaaaah none this wk
oh well the ends in sight
just few days left to train and cardio
fly out thurs
shows 1 wk tomorrow wow

i'm super stoked i'm lookin super tight this am
had a great solid sleep, went to sleep at 7:30pm and woke up at 3am YEAH !
couple more workouts, few more cardio sessions
final packing, & fly out early thursday am
I AM READY TO DO THIS !
SO EXCITED, SO HAPPY with where i'm at
no matter what happens i know i did all i could
i gave it 110% & no one can take that away from me
i'm super happy with COACH IRIS KYLE
i give her my highest recommendation SHE'S TRUELY AMAZING
and i give MASSIVE THANX to my wonderful husband GX who made it possible for
me to give all i did to this prep
and i'm sincerely grateful & would like to thank everyone who has encouraged....
supported and helped me in many many ways to get where i am today
