Yep...that's my girl. Big props to JonnyO for engineering another project. JO did the technical end while I did the grunt end in the gym and was the eyes and ears on the project which worked awesome for all involved. Also I just saw an update on Cynthia Jansen's FB page and she also got a pro card. She came in 1st in the Physique Tall Division. So for Physique, they gave out 3 pro cards.

My good buddy Christopher Wong came in 4th in SH and 4th in Masters Heavy... I think he got robbed in the Masters class, but that's just my 2 cents... his colouring didn't work out as planned as was much darker at the Toronto show... it's still pretty impressive for a 45 year old who up until last year in Sudbury hasn't competed since since his 20's and made to the National stage top 5 in his 1st National show...
