.Pretty bare bones.But it works.I really like what regular GHD work does for you.You really notice it in the first strides of a sprint,you don't have to lean as much.
soo i picked up a bench from a buddy for free and got a bunch of steel and plastic weights as well.....not sure how it all works out but it feels around 185 when i get it all nigga rigged up....
close grip bench ( has to be close grip as i have weights stuffed all up and down the goddamn bar) 12x12 @ 185 with minimal rest between sets and im pretty sore today

10x10 @ 120? not sure how much this piece of shit bar weighs so its somewhere between 120 and 135....got the job done tho

lats still fried this morning so i figured some chins would loosen me up....
