Whoever wants to reach a distant goal must take small steps.
GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS WERE NOT MADE OVERNIGHT
IF YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE A GREAT BODY IT TAKES TIME
IT TAKES CONSISTENCY WITH FOOD
CONSISTENCY WITH TRAINING
DAY IN DAY OUT
WEEK AFTER WEEK
MONTH AFTER MONTH
YEAR AFTER YEAR
theres no easy way
theres no quick fix
theres no drugs no surgery
theres only the relentlessness and monotony of repeating the same things over and over again
TRAINING, EATING, SLEEPING REPEAT
TRAINING, EATING, SLEEPING REPEAT...
until you have achieved your goal
and then guess what?
if you wanna keep it then you gotta keep doing it
TRAINING, EATING, SLEEPING
and its those who just accept the fact that in order to get what you want
you have to do these things CONSISTENTLY LONG ENOUGH TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL
and you have to keep doing them to maintain your goal
those are the ones who have accepted that this is not something you just achieve overnight
and its something that you have to just accept as your lifestyle
it's what you do its' who you are now and forever

Defining yourself,
as opposed to being defined by others,
is one of the most difficult challenges you face
Don't listen to those who say, "It's not done that way."
Maybe it's not, but maybe you will.
Don't listen to those who say, "You're taking too big a chance."
Michelangelo would have painted the Sistine floor, and it would surely be rubbed out by today.
Most importantly, don't listen when the little voice of fear inside of you rears its ugly head and says,
"They're all smarter than you out there.
They're more talented, they're taller, blonder, prettier, luckier and have connections…"
I firmly believe that if you follow a path that interests you,
not to the exclusion of love, sensitivity, and cooperation with others,
but with the strength of conviction that you can move others by your own efforts,
and do not make success or failure the criteria by which you live,
the chances are you'll be a person worthy of your own respect.
