Thanks bro, the ART has helped alot but i've come to the conclusion that i patellar tendonitis aka jumpers knee, i've picked up a neoprene knee strap that pushes in on the tendon to relieve stress and it's helped ALOT.
I've been able to do moderate cardio again and i'm leaning out once again, i'm going to attempt deadlifts today, nothing heavy 225lbs max. I'll be using alot of single leg movements when training legs to help build up stabilizers again, so step ups, bulgarian split squats, one legged leg press etc.
As far as peptides it's 100mg ghrp-2 or 6+ 100mg mod grf 1-29 3-4 times daily. I'm REALLY liking the ghrp-6 as i'm not getting the rise in prolactin and cortisol like i do with ghrp-2 and i've even done 200-300mg shots of it and slept just fine, no tender nipples etc. Some complain about the appetite effects of it, I don't feel those too too much, i will say this though after emtpy stomach cardio with taking my pep's before hand i'm way more ravenous then normal.
Strength is climbing faster again and weights i've handled before don't feel as heavy.
