Since I got asked this question numerous times via PM, I will answer it here.
I have been asked how long do the erectile effects last and how soon they kick in.
In my case it takes 2 to 3 hours for the libido and the erectile boost, and it can last anywhere up to 6 hours after that @0.5mg
So my way to deal with it, I inject myself before I got to sleep, or if there is something else planned for the night, I recommend you inject the 0.5mg 3 hours before sexual activity.
On a side note, the orgasms are also stronger with the MT-II, and it seems that you are ready to go for another round shortly thereafter.
Update: Since I started the maintenance protocol I have been having a lot of stomach discomfort and heart burns. I am not sure it is related to the MT-II, but the symptoms seem to get worst each day following the injection.
I will skip this maintenance dose and see if things get better.

The initial plan was to use the Melanotan with the least amount of UV.
Well, here is the current situation.
At maintenance dosage (0.25mg-0.50mg every 3 days), it is impossible to keep a good tan going. But if I do daily injection, I can get a decent tan with no UV exposure.
So I am now trying to do maintenance dose with a once per week tanning bed session of 8 minutes. So instead of MelaNoTan, I am using it as a MelaTanLess.
The other issue is the stomach discomfort and the heart burns. They do not seem to go away. I did not have these at the beginning...they only appeared when I started my maintenance dose.

What's your definition of "not a good tan"?
If you were without MT2 and tanning, how many minutes of tanning (2 tanning sessions a week) would it be equivalent at 0.25mg every 3 days?

Everyone uses MTII with UV eventually. IF somehow they managed to get a consistent time released MTII it might work. Doing one shot per day (or eod) is just too much of a hit and the sides kick in. This isn't the miracle drug I read about 8yrs ago...
