Got up at 2:30am halifax time, connected in Toronto and landed 9:30am local time. We've been up for over 12 hours already, so needless to say Ange is pretty tired! I had a decent snooze on the plane, which for the connection me and Ange weren't even sitting together... WTF. And no one would move for us either (I want an aisle seat, so I am not moving, etc). All and all no biggy - we're settled in the room and Ange just getting her last shower in before getting the tan on.
She looks better than 2 weeks ago IMO, just that little bit sharper. We are advancing the water cut slightly so that she gets a little tighter sooner. Carbing up earlier too. Speaking of which... we took our car rental down to the baked expectations! Ange was pretty excited to see the cheesecake and cake... Spent close to 50$ there :)
Also swung by the superstore for some other goodies. Definitely worth having a car rental. Would probably have paid double for the rental. Saw some competitors walking around getting registered etc. It's all beginining to happen! I have a work related meeting at 3pm here, but just something quick (hey, it always helps to have tax write-offs right?). Ange will probably have a nap and then I guess it will be time for athlete meetings, etc. Looking forward to the event... 1 more day!

2 classes, 2 first call outs, 2 in the center... Ange looked amazing, now its all in the hands of the judges!
1 thing for sure... the caliber of athletes at the national events is out of this world!

Ange is taking a well deserved shower. I am simply in awe right now, I still have goose bumps thinking about what happened! I want to post more, but I am still too excited for her! I am so proud its not even funny!!Quote:
