Self-respect is the fruit of discipline;

just got bad news last night: my little niece Clara is in Children's Hospital

i went down to Children's Hospital last nite to see her and my family

Determination is the wake-up call to the human will.

When your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to come on guard,
fight one more round.
When your nose is bleeding and your eyes are black
and you are so tired that you wish your opponent would crack you one on the jaw
and put you to sleep,
fight one more round
remembering that the man who always fights one more round
is never whipped.
GIVING UP IS EASY
Nothing is hopeless, we must hope for everything.
Take the first step in faith.
You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.
Faith is the bird that sings when the dawn is still dark.
