cuz i got my music mixed yesterday for my routine
and today i got about 1/2 my routine done with my choreographer

this marks my 20th year competing in bodybuilding
this will be my 7th time at Nationals
and i've always had terrible stage fright
but every time and every year a get a bit better
and even though it scares me to death everytime
i still march on into and through the fear
COURAGE IS FEELING THE FEAR AND DOIN' IT ANYWAY
TALLY HO here we go.....
