shitty about the back man but good news about the shoulder .
yeah the back sucks but id rather have that than the excrutiating shoulder pain.....at least with the back pain i can strap on a belt and still be functional....the shoulder was keeping me up at night......

holy ****....2nd time working out in 3.5 months.....and no more supplements......bodyweight down to 220 from 241.....wife pregnant with 5th child....im lifting au naturale now so 1st 2 months are going to be bodyweight and circuit type shit to get my conditioning back and so I don't go ****ing myself up.

so I started back with a circuit of pushups, bb rows, standing oh db press, db curl, oh db tri ext......ive got about 185 lbs that I can put on the bar.....for lower I will be doing various squat and gm variations (with 185lbs I don't need a rack).....will be upgrading equipment as I progress and adding weight etc.....may be starting some kickboxing as a friend opened up a dojo and keeps inviting me in.....thinking that I need to set some new goals....perhaps kickboxing or arm wrestlin....we shall see hw the rotators hold up
Have you tried those handles with a rotating platform for pushups?You can go wide like a guillotine press and stay 8 inches from the bottom or bring your hands right beside your hips comfortably.Handy.I find ring presses really easy on the shoulders,you can find what is smooth.Body weight rows as well.

lol...thinking its time to get snipped....obviously the steroids couldnt do the job for me ;) ring training = brutal... but im thinking that the increased flexibility and stabilization is going to really help my bench and shoulder problems in general......im getting my thumbs buried into my armpits for every rep.....chest is soooooo sore afterward and no more shoulder pains!! im dropping my bodyweight down..hanging around 215 but a friend with gymnastics background is advising me to dump more weight......thinking of going and squatting this weekend....its been a loooooong while so we shall see how weak ive gotten
back at the gym.....squatted and hit 405 for an easy 3 and benched in a shirt and went to 365 to a 3 board for 3...couldn't touch any lower cuz the shirt just wont allow it.....not too bad since i haven't squatted or benched since last year......

awesome workout this week...got up to 495x3 on the squats and then i benched yesterday and tore my shoulder up....boo...on the bright side my buddy gave me a brand new 2 ply rage x soooo once my shoulder gets un****ed ill get to play with that....

thanks buddy :) no updates for me....but the kid that i train hit a clean 445 at 228 bodyweight and got a 465 red lighted because he stalled before flaring out for the lockout....18 years old....i think i was more pumped than him when popped the 445 right up....thats up from 365 the same time last year and in the same bench shirt ( single ply titan fury )....
**** that' s wicked. Make sure he stays healthy and he could go a long way.
buying a rack and bench today....its not super heavy duty or anything but it should work for a while.....been out of the gym for a bit so ill probably be running some sort of full body routine for a month or so to get my body acclimated.....think ive got a good hernia goin as well.....minimal ab pain but my groin is tingling on the right side....lots of pressure but no real pain.....woohoo
im lean as ****.....sittin just under 220....squatting once a week and benching twice......still don't have much plate weight but ive got a ton of chains that I throw on....enjoying being smaller/leaner
ahhhhh.....no working out for a bit.....got t-boned last week.....stiff back and some how I think I have a hernia....low low ab pain and it feels like my adductor tendon is going to blow out of my body :/ I can see my abs tho...all is not bad
