slacking on the log......been doing a lot of high rep slosh pipe work,crunches, chins, pushups and heavy bag work.....knee is acting like a whore so no squatting for a bit.....

goals have changed for the next bit....more boxing related training but i will do a 1 day a week max effort type workout for upper and lower(295 flat bench and 605 squat last week)....
