August 1st
10 weeks out. I've added one more session this week. So 5 training/week. Keep the cardio at 3 sessions ... but 35mn. "Bilati hič ehssen" (nice and slow) like we say.

Old school training this morning.
Back and chest ! Pulling, pushing !
Pump, blood, sweat, teares hmmm 'love it ! :-)
August 5th
Arms day again on my beef day (not big fan of this meat on precontest ...).
Triceps, biceps, triceps, biceps, triceps, ...
Strict form, pump, more machine, cables.
I kept dumbel and barbell for the last exercises when i'm tired.
August 8th
Yesterday was my beautiful cheating day !
"Pizza, fries, ice cream and lot of sweety things ! ... "
The diet was so hard the week before ... i didn't add a pound of water or fat.
My weight is EXACTLY the same between sunday and monday.
Hmm so sweet to cheat and staying lean ! :-)
August 9th
9 weeks out.
4 cardios 40mn/week. 5 training/week.
My body begin to change ... it takes a few weeks to really start the engine, to put it on "contest mode".
August 13th
Ich bin eine "SS". Saturday Sumo.
Sumo squat, sumo deadlift, to hit this f ... inner quad and hams.
Leg day was so crazy, ... when leaving the gym, during the drive to my store, i had to STOP ... i almost vomited in my car.
Now hamdoulillah. So yes i think it was intense today. :-)
August 15th
8 weeks out. One more cardio session. 5 training and 5 cardios 45mn per week.
I ate so much this sunday, i've gained 5 pounds ! lol.
I drink a lot water and don't lost it.
This morning i was full, and full of energy :-)
Cowabunga ! Back and chest this morning.
Feeling in the back is fantastic. FUUUULL !! So full, i've done a lat spread after my session, it's like i have and i feel a turle shell in my back.
What's on the menu for Big L.A. this week ?
Double contraction and 3 drops sets.
Double contraction on the 1st and 2nd set.
Drop sets 3 times on the last set of each exercise.
For sure with all that high intensity, i will do 3, 2 and some times only 1 set per exercise.

Great training this morning. Shoulders and traps hard as rock !
Double contraction are great to have that feeling.
Hams and calves at the end ... finishing with cardio on stairs 15mn.
this thread is useless without pics....haha j/k keep grinding it out buddy just under 8 weeks to go now.
