Watched DK at the nationals. he looked sick!!

went for a killer arm workout then had a good cheat meal at Caseys!! Burger squared :P

I am currently at 212.6lbs

went up 2lbs. Not sure why my diet is clean, no cheats. I guess i hit my plateau with the diet and need to go to the next level so cardio is being added EVERY DAY!!! and diet is tweeaked.

I guess I can say i am lucky i got this far with a not so harsh diet! but all that is changing :P

Carbs have been cut out a bit lower now. I definitly feel it. less strength, lethargic... The good stuff :P
