Fitness, Figure and bikini have a great Canadian presence!

Alison Either is fighting for the fitness pro card and is a favourite!

Kimberly Castle in bikini always looks great on stage (Vanessa Rose is another canadian bikini )

Figure we have a huge canadian presence:

Tracy Macdonald, Lauren Jacobson, Orah Bigio, Lara Williams, Cindy Currie, Silvana Salvati, Siobhan Wright, Sheri Fisher, Rachel Davis, Emily Zelinka, Catherine Norris, Heather wilson-phillips and im sure im missing some names.....my appologies

In figure watch for Silvana Salvati, Sher Fisher and Rachel Davis, all 3 girls are stunning and have the look they are going for in the US.

Ron... your posing routine at Nationals was truly entertaining! I think you looked great up there! Lousy about your flight and travel problems... no matter how much to try to not let it get to you... it still does. Plus you're so dang young and cute you've got alot of time to get the recognition you deserve!! (cutest little nose in all bodybuilding!!)

Hey everybody there are a whole bunch of pics of me by myself over on MD. I am really happy with them and possibly the best package I may have put on stage ever, but I have to wait to see video to know for sure.

There are also some comparison shots. Try to ignore the first two front double-bicep pictures because I didn't know they were only giving us 2 seconds to hit shots. Without sounding like a whiner, I don't see how you can actually compare guys when they are in the pose for a total of one to two seconds. I don't even think I got to flex my arms before they said front lat spread. LOL. Way too fast to look at four or five guys.

Lesson learned. At the NA's, you pose FAST.

Ron, what the hell? How do you get a waist that small? Incredible X shape on the double bi.

If it's not to much to ask, can you get another back lat spread before the comp is over in case MD doesn't get one?

I've got Keith Williams in top 3 from what I see so far.
