I'm going to cozumel this winter. i used to go to some of the resorts around ontario. what a load of crappy OLD resorts, tired food, cold lakes and COSTLY! hell last aug. went to one that cost 4K for lousy food (acommpanied by a woman singing the sound of music and playing a piano), old rooms (with paper thin walls) and cold weather. for a week. for a little more i get 2 weeks of hot sun in mexico.

I'm thinking of going somewhere. Not sure yet.

Supposedly in Afghanistan, us Canadians are taking more of an aid role as opposed to a battle role. The US Marines are doing most of the combat.

I dont know if I should believe this or not, Harper has taken a beating lately so this could be all propaganda.

We only have 1200 troops in Afghanistan. Although we do partake in some of the combat missions, the main focus of the mission lies in the PRT (Provincial Reconstruction Team)...that's where a lot of it is going.
