no gym but i managed to get some upper back work in when i took my kids to the playground....
neutral grip chins 5x10, wide neutral grip chins 1x10....wide grip sucked....shoulderr made a nice popping sound...not painful but cant be a good thing

Have you seen those "box" setups some of the big boys are using that look like a padded reverse V?Looks a lot safer.They don't go as deep though.
dont think ive seen it...ill have to check it out...always into tryin new things...
