So Loutfi when will you start your prep for the Canadian Nationals or North Americans this year? I'm assuming you will just be doing the NA's because you already took the Canada's last year. Whats your current weight sitting? Hows the training going?

SO ! I WILL NOT do the North America.
I will only focuse at 100% on the Canadian this year.
Yes i took the show last year ... but only my class the SH.
So the goal is to repeat it PLUS the overall and the pro card with it inchallah.

Hi everybody,
So here is the official announce and my preparation for Canada begins on strong basis.
My new sponsor is Dr Charest from Centre chiropratique de Vimont.
Dr Charest, with his treatmnet, is going to make sure that i have a strong spine so i can train heavy and intense.
I will try to put pics and videos during my preparation for the show. Training, diet, chiro treatment, posing, ...

Monday, jully 25th.
11 weeks out. Legs day. I do more sets this week. Great pump today for the legs. If i had trouble to leave the gym and walk to my car ... i'm on track. Feel good to feel that pain in legs .. hmmm !! ...
I just bought my secret weapon this evening ... a notebook ! As for all my contests i will write down everything i eat everyday : carbs, protein, day after day. Yes that's a lot of work but i pays off and you'll see the results of all this hard work in 11 weeks.

Cardio plan : I begun my cardio 1 month ago with 15mn, 1/week. After that i went to 20mn 2/week and slowly added 5mn per session to reach 30mn. Now since last week 30mn 3/week. 2 sessions are done on rest days and before breakfast.
The goal is to adapt my body to use fat as energy. But also to have better heart, better pump, and better recovery.

Back training this morning. 4 sets per exercice, fast pace. And since a few days, i'm hungry, little headaches ... so yes, the diet has really begun now. ;-)
