My training is starting to feel really good, I think its in part to the drinking of that shake during my work outs, I find I'm less tired and muscles are less fatuiged towards in the ends of my work out.... The Beta is helping that too!!!!

i5t was this morning.... I finished in the middle of the pack.... doing a write up for tomorrow.... I moved to a cave and have no internet at home.. will post a write up before I leave columbus

First event
900 lbs yoke 60 feet/275sand bag carry 60 feet
I was in the very first heat. Nervous as hell. I went te 60 feet with the yoke with about 10 drops. Only 60 seconds I didn't move the bag. Not gettng a zero was my goal and I got that.
Second. 315 log clean and press every rep
goal was 2. I got one and I like got screwed on the second rep. But again didn't get a zero.
Third. 320 per hand farmers/ 230 keg 60'/ 270 keg 60'
I was a little worried about this but it wasn't to bad. I gassed hard on the second keg. Only got about 30' with it.
Last. Stones to a 54" platform. 230/320/350/380/410
I loaded the first two easy. The third one was a battle. I loaded it to the lip twice before I got it on the third try. This got the crowd fired up!!!!! There was tonnes of people there watching.
I succeded in my goal of not gettigg zero in any event. I finshed about 30th I think. There was 49 guys from 19 countries.
Huge thanks to truesupplements.com, the waxy/ BCAA combo kept me in the game for the later events!!!!
