lol i was going to say something like that but i thought it might sound like a fat remark :D and i do, and i work the front of them aswell, develop the muscle on my shins. makes for a good lower leg!

I learned that ya dont need to go overboard in the offseason and get as big as ya can...its way too hard and doesnt make sense to gain unnecessary bodyfat in the off season. At least it is that way anymore for me.
