i train hard 10 hours a week , im smash , fell older then ever lol
anyhow i keep up n havin fun , i sleep a lot wow 12-14 hours a day not rare
turning 38 th recovery not th same , i wasnt too far last national ,, oh well im no rush , i want to bang it hard at 40 ,,
, nagging inner left rotator annoying , right hamstring always struggle over 4 plates , need extensive warm up n dynamics stretching
after 13 years of training , i guess it normal , to carry weakness here n there , it part of da game ,,
