oh yes the ganj......it's just constant eating eh......300 what's up....I've been struggling the last few as well......
I'm finding i'm trying to eat anything high carb, and protein in the morn now....not as picky as i've been....Looking to make anything different and exciting and to hopefully spark an appetite for the rest of the day
yah i find if ur not trying to lean out, then mornings can be used for eating high carb and high protien and high fats to jump start ur metabolism and to start the growing process. im eating the cottage chees late too now but i fing i wake up alot now when i do....guess its back to casien only
ya definately......The casein is something i want to get into....There was a good article in here i think about protein and catabolism overnight and apparently milk has an rather high amount of casein protein....Therefore it could be beneficial to not dropping into a such a catabolic state.
yah thats why i take the 3 cups of cottage chees right before bed...its supper high in casien. then its whey in the am as soon as my zombie ass gets up
