I am 10 weeks out from my competition....figure. Or maybe bikini depending on how I look at about week 4. My question to you is would doing abs 6 or 7 days a week be too much? I do ab movements for 5 minutes at a time...without weights. I seem to have a shallow look with my abs and I'm hoping maybe doing abs for 5 minutes 6 or 7 days would at least help define them a bit more.
I obviously won't build muscle as I'm dieting but I'd like more ab definition come showtime. Currently I'm doing them 3 days a week for 5 minutes but I thought maybe a bit more wouldn't hurt?
What do you think?
