WAY TO GO SHERI!!!!
FIRST RUNNER UP CHERYL BROWN
Going by the pics this is definatley the best you have ever looked, and that is an accomplishment right there. Your legs have always been a problem, like mine, but this year they look really proportionate. Good job. This new style of training seems to really agree with you, and given another year hopefully there will be no question.
2ND RUNNER UP LAVANDA EZEL
THE OVERALL FIGURE CHAMP IS SILVANA SALVATI
The master competitors are doing very well in open.
Woah, my head is spinning from the number women competitors. Super reporting 69C.
So from everything I gathered, I started the results thread and highlighted the Canadians that won and got the pro cards. Silava Salvati, Zoa Linsey, and Allison Ethier.

Shawn Rhoden
Seems like my prediction of Keith Williams being in top 3 was right :)
But damn, there was a lot of competitors.
Is it just me or do alot of the male winners seem really soft?
Just saw on MD that I was 6th. I am a bit relieved at that, as I felt pretty invisible up there, but placed at the top of my call out, beating Kirk and Sean who are both National champs and bigger names. That's cool i guess. Everyone can look at the pics and see what they think.
I'll go back to the gym and thicken up. I felt the last few months of off season things were really starting to roll for me, so I know where to start as soon as I'm ready.
Thanks for EVERYONE who has been cheering me on and supporting me this year. I love my fans and friends, and everyone here at CBB.com and CBBR.
Time to rest and have some fun with friends and family.
ALL the credit in the ****ing world goes to my wonderful girlfriend Carrie for being there for me every step of the way and truly devoting herself to the success of my bodybuilding. She is a champion.
Cheers
Ron
Zoa looked pretty much the same at Nationals the week prior... her conditioning was BANG on... which is why (i think alot of people) were so surprised she wasn't awarded a procard... Lyris was amazing and ONE POINT seperated lyris from Zoa at Nationals... I'm glad she gave it one more week and did the North Americans...
next Canadian Pro woman will be Melody Spelko... another amazing physique...(and did I mention super sexy!!)
As a fitness chick... I can honestly say I am VERY pleased both Sylvia and Allison have turned pro this year!! (totally for personal reasons... less competition!! HAHA)
good job mr partlow , you represented canada very very well!
Proud of you, Ron. Top 5 caliber for sure. You are an uncrowned pro. Hope you and Carrie ahve some relaxation and good eating planned! You both deserve it!
