This week will be full body (easy) workouts and an hour of cardio pre-bedtime. Have to stay healthy and injury free! A little water load this week, nothing drastic. Can't wait till the babysitters for the weekend walk through that door Friday morning. I think I always look forward to a weekend with Steve more than the actually competition, lol. The day after a show day is the best!!!

Hey all! Ange is looking "tight and tiny" as we like to say. I must say, she's extremely relaxed - surprisingly so for someone without salt for the first day in months, no carbs (yet) and drinking lots of water - cutting that later. We just got back from getting the tan on, and she's having a little rest while it dries. We were lucky enough to have my parents take care of the kids for the weekend, so we ended up leaving for Moncton last night. Up early, did a little shopping, checked out some new cars, just a no stress day so to speak.

She's going for registration/height in tonight, and I think I'll hit the gym for a quick workout.

And another ... Tan is on, ready to go! Looks like it will be mid afternoon before she hits stage. Show starts 10am, but all the bodybuilding, and mens physique go first. Bikini/figure last.
